Meet with Dr. Rogers for your initial 90 min visit in-person visit to review your health history, undergo advanced physical and determine appropriate follow up- testing

Receive thorough physical exam, body composition analysis with our Inbody570 (assessing levels of body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, water weight)

After labs obtained, schedule a 60 min follow-up visit to review results with Dr. Rogers

Receive expert analysis of your results and receive your free Diagnostic Results booklet with your personalized health action plan!

Review advanced blood testing options available through our partner Boston Heart Diagnostics, and have testing performed
(in-office blood testing available for over 40 labs, otherwise you'll receive a lab slip to take to a local Boston Heart lab* )
